You say what your mind and eyes perceive to your mentee. When **holding a mirror** you let your mentee see what is wrong then point it out. Holding a mirror is like directing the mindset of the mentee to figure out what they did well and what they didn't do well Instead of us anticipating a drawback for each feedback we should **feed forward** As a mentor ask yourself: - > ***Am I invoking a change or providing insights with this feedback?*** AS we warp up be comfortable in letting go, only then will you feed forward.
